For her efforts to increase awareness of Cinnober as an employer, as well as for her commitment to various employer branding activities, Veronica Augustsson, Cinnober’s CEO, has been nominated as CEO of the Year within Employer Branding by Universum Communications. The award will be presented at the Universum Talent Awards in September 2017, in Stockholm.
Cinnober, which is in an expansion phase and will, over the year, recruit more than 50 new people, is working actively with employer branding towards current and potential new employees. During the year, various employer branding activities have been implemented, including a talent program, internal hackathons and health and fitness events, to create and maintain an innovative and sustainable workplace where colleagues can grow.
“I am honored to be nominated for this award and that our joint efforts in employer branding are attracting attention. Cinnober is a knowledge-based company and we would be nothing without our employees. We are world leading in our niche and we are in an exciting growth phase and need to find, keep and grow talented people. This award is a motivation for us to continue to keep these questions highly prioritized at a management level and to work together with our employer branding,” says Veronica Augustsson.
The jury’s motivation:
This CEO has demonstrated a very strong commitment to the issues and participated actively in discussing them. This has led to considerable focus on these issues among management and generated clear results over time. She shows further merit through the breadth and depth of opportunity for young talents within the company. Accordingly, we believe she can be a role model and inspiration for other CEOs.
