Cinnober’s Executive Chairman Nils-Robert Persson was interviewed by John Lothian News (JLN) at the Futures Industry Association’s (FIA) annual conference FIA Boca 2018.
Watch the interview in this video from JLN’s series with industry leaders to get a four-minute overview of Cinnober's strategy and four business areas.
“Our customer base is increasing in our core business, but it is very exciting to also look for new business areas, split the risk a little bit. I think 2018 will be a bit of a consolidation year for us, we can’t grow in the tempo we had 2017.”
“We are growing both in London and Stockholm, and in Umeå where we have a large team now”
Cinnober has expanded its traditional exchange and real-time clearing technology business through three new business areas operated by the subsidiaries Minium, offering client clearing and risk technology for major investment banks, Simplitium, offering MiFID II trade reporting services, and Irisium, offering market surveillance technology.
