Cinnober has triumphed once again and entered the top list of the most attractive Swedish career companies. For the second year in a row, the global provider of financial IT services is among the top 100 companies qualifying.
“Excellent news, of course, and proof that we are managing our attraction value in the right way,” says Karin Johansson, Head of People Management at Cinnober. “It feels extremely gratifying to rank among the nation’s most interesting career companies, and inspires us to continue strengthening our employer brand.”
The list is published annually by recruiting company Jobtip, and ranks the most exciting companies in which to pursue a career, based on career and development opportunities, employee engagement, international scope, and much more. The final 100 Swedish companies, chosen from thousands of nominations, were selected as the country’s best employers for young professionals because of their genuine employee commitment and unique career opportunities.
The jury’s reasons for selecting Cinnober are the following:
“With a goal-directed focus on developing professional competence, Cinnober has opened many doors for employees to grow within the company. Cinnober also offers its employees exciting opportunities abroad marked by freedom with responsibility, where challenges at the forefront of technology foster international career opportunities. These development initiatives, in combination with a company culture that promotes cultural diversity in the workplace, are why Cinnober has been designated one of Sweden’s 100 Career Companies for 2015.”
