Cinnober welcomes Patrick L Young, entrepreneur, author and well-known industry expert as next Cinnober Keynote Speaker. The session will take place on Thursday, September 5, in Cinnober’s Stockholm office. 

Young will address a myriad of topics in his presentations. With a brief arc through 4000 years of market history to reach a decade or five into the future, he has promised to address ”the key facets and failings of regulation and help to build an understanding via the pyramid of markets just why everything you have ever heard about exchange mergers is probably wrong”.

By comparing, the dynamics of change in inflexion points, Patrick will point to the future of market structures and which major players are slipping into obsolescence.

Patrick L Young has a broad portfolio of interests ranging from his advisory business (for exchanges and investors in financial market infrastructure) through to a series of activities in the New Europe. He is a non-executive director of Liquidnet Europe, a columnist for Trading Places and’s Op-Edge and a regular pundit in multiple media. He has written 6 books, edited a few others and nowadays publishes the benchmark daily newsletter on market infrastructure "Exchange Invest" as well as producing a unique conference on the future of finance, Young Markets.
