Swedish students have once again, for a fourth year in a row, secured Cinnober a place among the top 100 of Sweden’s most attractive employers. More than 21 000 students from universities and colleges took part in the comprehensive study “Företagsbarometern”, annually conducted by employer branding company Universum.
”We’re of course very happy and proud to keep our position as one of Sweden’s most popular workplaces,” says Kristin Mörth, Head of People Management at Cinnober. “Cinnober is a knowledge center where people representing well above 30 different nationalities create innovation, entrepreneurship and curiosity in the financial industry’s future challenges. It’s of strategical importance to continue to be an attractive employer to keep and recruit the right talents demanded by our expansion.”
Around 300 people in total work at the Cinnober’s offices in Stockholm, Umeå, London and New York. The great majority work daily in projects close to the customers and according to agile project methods. A well-distributed division of responsibility with short decision pathways gives the company an agile organization with a great deal of commitment.
“In today’s world it’s not enough to offer a fair salary and a safe employment to be considered as an attractive employer,” says Claes Peyron, CEO of Universum Sweden. “As an attractive employer in Sweden you nowadays need to offer a somewhat higher purpose and a social commitment in a friendly and innovative environment. The companies included on our top 100 list have all been working hard and successfully with these questions and deserve a great tribune.”
