”The honor is given by the employer branding company Universum, which conducts a comprehensive Employer Study (Företagsbarometern) every year. The survey involves students at Swedish universities and colleges who vote for their dream employer. Over 23,000 people took part in this year’s survey, which is the 28th in a row.
