Cinnober, the global provider of financial IT services, continues its offensive in Umeå, Sweden. The doors to the company’s new premises in downtown mall Utopia have just opened.
“The new premises are perfectly suited to our expansive business,” says Jonas Engman, CEO of Cinnober’s Umeå office. “There is a lot of activity at Cinnober at present, and the move gives us the freedom to grow, motivate our talent and conduct our work in a modern and agile manner.”
The modern and flexible 1,300 square meter premises are adapted to current needs with a whole host of new features, ranging from ergonomically adapted workstations and a quiet zone, to places for spontaneous meetings and common areas.
“An inspiring and functional environment is important to job satisfaction, and as a knowledge-based company, we certainly want the creativity to flow,” continues Engman. “We are exploring new ways to create an attractive workplace with a creative atmosphere. ‘Cinnober Labs’, for example, which will be initiated this summer, will provide our employees with an opportunity to visualize and test their ideas.”
