Cinnober now 7th-best workplace among Swedish mid-sized companies – also securing a place in the European Top 50.

The annual Great Place to Work selection process includes a detailed employee survey based on a Trust Index and company practices supplied by the company. The employee study evaluates credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie. Using a well-proven methodology, levels of trust between employees and management are measured along with levels of pride the employees express about their company, and the camaraderie employees share.

It’s an honor to work at a company where the employees themselves have evaluated the working environment as ‘great’,” says Javier Tordable, CEO. “And it is a great workplace, where we can trust each other and take pride in our workplace, and continue to bring innovative ideas to the market.

Cinnober’s objective to be the best possible workplace is one of the company’s fundamental success factors. The award is considered an important recognition and has attracted considerable attention from employees and potential employees, as well as customers and partners.
