Cinnober veteran Sofia describes working life: “We’re very into what we’re doing. Everyone wants the company to succeed.”
She laughs when asked about her own job description. “What do I do? A little bit of everything. Today it’s requirements. Last week it was documentation. I’ve done coding, support and installations on a customer site. You do whatever it takes,” she says.
But there is also plenty of room for individual development. “I like to structure things and solve puzzles. I see challenges in solving problems so I see technical project management as one career development opportunity.”
She is also positive about opportunities to use her non-technical skills. “I’m looking forward to when we get our first Chinese customer, since I study Chinese.”
