According to Sara, one of Cinnober’s “veterans”, working at Cinnober demands knowing your technical field, with no room for doubts or maybes. “You have to know your stuff.”
This is especially true when working on a client site. “I worked in support at Amex. It was extremely high tempo, but stimulating to be there. There were always people who needed an answer right now!”
“When you’re on site, you spend a lot of time talking with people to understand exactly what they need to do their jobs. And then finding good ways to put solutions in place.”
The game has evolved, she remarks. “Now we have more products and modules, so it’s a greater challenge to understand just which role they can play.”
“I like development; I like designing and structuring things. And there are a lot of very clever people here who are fun to work with. We toss things back and forth, dive down into the difficulties and solve problems together.”
