Josefine says that the key to Cinnober’s success has been the dedicated people that work here: “The guys who started the company are still around and it’s their touch.”
Like many people at Cinnober, she has worked in a variety of areas, from testing to requirements to project management. She has just started working on a major project. “At the moment, there is a lot of work, but I like that it is very much up to you to manage your activities together with others. It’s easy to change assignments and work with different tasks,” says Josefine.
“We have grown enormously, but we still have the same atmosphere as when it started. For a lot of people here, it’s a big part of their lives, a lifestyle.”
